Our proven and tested all-around-scrubber aggregate with six rollers has been improved!
The all-around-rollers have now been equipped with a pendulum bearing. Now the unit works on the front and rear end of the vehicle much longer and allows a higher speed of conveyor belt while still guaranteeing the same excellent washing results as before – this definitely is a plus for the effectivity of your plant!
The aggregate consists of two solid glass pearl blasted stainless steel constructions with a vertical all-around-roller and a side-roller also including two separate short rollers on each side.
In the standard version the aggregate is equipped with washing textile. The cut of the textile is designed for an ideal washing result of all outlines of the car including the problematic areas.
Because of its modular and independent control unit it can easily be integrated into any existing car-wash systems.
The drive is affected by six electric motors.
The system itself is very energy efficient because we use frequency converters. Of course, our new unit is as simple, robust and reliable as usual.
